What could sink it.

  • Sherehe already does most of this. The model is validated, not proprietary. Winning means better photography, better package design, faster WhatsApp and a review moat.
  • Public prices invite comparison-shopping. Item anchors are already public; Altrini's rates must sit in range or be visibly justified by quality.
  • Transparency only works if the invoice matches the catalogue. A final bill above the published maths burns the brand fastest. State exclusions relentlessly.
  • The delivery operation is the real product. Setups that don't match the photos create exactly the scam-adjacent reputation the trust signals exist to prevent.
  • Vendor-reported statistics — the 38% STK-in-chat uplift, the ~70% wishlist close rate and the live-shopping conversion claims are self-interested figures. Treat them as hypotheses to measure, not guarantees.
  • AI renders risk over-promising — prompt only from real inventory photos; watermark as previews.
  • Follower counts and cadence data are approximate — platforms block scraping; figures are search-snippet sourced. Altrini's own numbers were directly verified on 16 Aug 2026.
  • Capacity check before scale — a catalogue that outsells the setup team creates the reputation problem money can't fix.
